I'll quickly fill out the information, then click continue to take me to the next step.  At any time, I can press the Escape key to exit.  At any time, I can press the Escape key to exit.  This solution is especially effective for on-boarding new users or for users that don't remember how to do more complex tasks SHO Guide is all about Productive and results with software investments you have already made.   Now that you have been introduced to how finished content can interact with the live application like Dynamics CRM, our founder will demonstrate the process for creating a basic script using the SHO Guide authoring system. The SHO Guide interface is very simple and straightforward. To begin building the content, I'll click on the Record tool The SHO Guide window will minimize and the SHO Guide Recording window will appear in its place.  My interactions with the application, meaning my mouse clicks and keyboard entries in this context,  will be detected as I complete the procedure I want to capture in the application.
First, I'll click the Workplace task bar. Notice how the SHO Guide recorder detects that I clicked the left mouse button on this Now I'll click on the Activities link. Once again the recorder picks up the mouse interaction with the application.
To finish recording, I'll press the Esc key on the keyboard. The SHO Guide window will reappear.
Sometimes it is helpful to insert media components into a script to introduce a task or provide additional information
to promote greater understanding of the task.  I'll add a movie to the script.
Much like a Get User Input step, a Play Media Step let's you add a movie, Flash movie or sound file. I'll add a movie to step. Now I'll play the script so we can see what I have developed. First the movie will appear, and then I'll click through the first now, I'll click through the first few steps until the question balloon appears.  First I'll click the Here link so I can view the additional instructions that I created.  Notice how a separate balloon appears with the expanded definitions that I inserted. To return to the step-by-step instructions, I'll click the Continue link.
I'll choose the Task option.

Factor TIME in productivity

Today, I return to talk about the topic " How to boost productivity?" but more focusing on the factor " time". That's because young people are good at multitasking, they like to do many tasks at the same time for get promoted or higher salary, or as they have good health. Therefore, I'm going to give some following advices that encourage people to do good job by putting time inside.

Get work at scheduled times

In a world where most of us are knowledge workers, the person who's best at taking in information and synthesizing it is going to stand out. Make sure that you control your time to accept assignments or tasks assigned. To avoid the workload in business, remember to get work at scheduled times, and control the working hours. You don't think that one hard worker who works longer hours than others will get higher result. Make plan based on scheduled times and complete it on deadline. Especially, you have to set your own limits to boost productivity for important tasks.

Organize your to-do list everyday

If you don't know what you should be doing, how can you manage your time to do it? Someone like to write this list out by hand, other people like use software and filter what he/she has done. Remember to update it in the early morning and review it in the end of day. Organizing your to-do-list and working hour for each job well, update it everyday, you can assess your work performance. Be seriously with it! You actually need to put a lot of thought into how you manage yourself.

You can do best if you have passion on it

Passion can be defined as the enthusiastic feeling to do one thing. Why does business expert advise people about productivity tip is doing some thing that you're passionate about? Because, you are better at it, you don't mind trying hard and putting your time and energy to complete it at highest result. Especially, it's ability to only concentrate on that work, and the thought of doing other places with high salary or more getting promoted is deleted. Doing what you don't really want is waste of time and put off yourself.

Do important tasks first

That in itself is a great productivity lesson: If you schedule something important for certain days or certain times each day, you'll get into the habit of getting the important things done. And this is a real case study about my manager. When he goes to the office,  before he checks his mail box, he spends time to do the most important thing first in his to-do-list. And he still advices his staff " you should organize and think it in the night before, so when you sit down to work, you can already know  best what you are doing." I think it's great idea because of creating the excitement and motivation in that day. Moreover, you can't be truly productive if you're wearing yourself out by taking care of other people's needs.

Boost productivity through controlling working hours.

People work long hours for some of purposes : receiving the rewards as completing projects excellently, appearing committed enough to get to the business top ranks, or getting promoted..Whether your reasons are suitable or not, pacing yourself in order not to burn out before you reach your potential. Organizing your efforts to take responsibility for the number of working hours is significantly important. Here are some tips for you to prevent working long hours but still keeping the effectiveness.

Determine job's objectives

It means that before you are assigned one task from your boss, you should get a list of goals and know the job or task's requirements. Decide whether you have enough knowledge and skills to do it, or you need to research before officially working on it. Moreover, the quality oriented job as well as clear objective help you understand how the picture will be.

Quality is better than quantity

The work will never be done, and you will become known among your co-workers as someone who never turns down an assignment. Quality is what matters. People don't lose a job for not working unpaid overtime, they lose a job for not performing well at the most important times; and a resume is not a list of hours worked, it is a list of big accomplishments. Figure out what matters, and spend your time on that. Moreover, figure out how to turn out extremely impressive work so that you can get away with fewer hours.

Find your own "best productive hours"

The best tool to controlling the working hours is finding the time that you can do the work with the full-capacity and effectively. Use this time to do the important task firstly when you sit at the office in every morning. I can as a best tool because your productivity is high at that time. Based on that, you can take control of what you can do.

Please avoid doing many works which don't belong to your responsibility. The specialization will create good results. Refusing bad assignments is one way to control the working hours.

Be positive

Normally, positive people can say no when something hard is pushing them, they always smile when being overloaded. They keep calm and arrange every assigned works. Most importantly, they concentrate on working, don't be affect by other noise or bad feelings.

Have your life joyful.

If you don't create a life outside of work that is joyful and engaging then you won't feel a huge need to leave work. And if you don't project a passion for life outside of work then no one will think twice about asking you to live at work. So get some passion in your personal life. The only way to discover new aspects of yourself is to give them new opportunities to come out.

How to write an effective email

To get the response you are looking for, you need to know how to send the good questions or smart explanation to the receivers. Writing email is not difficult but it's not easy, just paying attention in some following points will help you achieve the purpose when sending email to others.

1. Write short paragraph included enough information

Don't make the receivers fear when receiving your mail. The best way is writing  your whole email which should not exceed 5 sentences. If you would like to advice them more, ask them if they need. A direct question is easiest to answer, and it doesn't take a lot of space.

2. Be direct & clear in each information

Make sure that every information in email is clear. Don't be vague or use the overstated word to raise the question. We should write a concise subject line , and then go back to the email and delete anything not directly related to that to avoid digression.

3. Ask the right question of the right person. The best type of question is a very specific question in the exact sweet spot of this person's expertise. Doing so, you still take it easy to the receivers who will answer those questions.

4. Self- improvement before you ask for help.

Before you click the button "Send" to ask about problem, you need to research it first from the internet source. Because if you can find the solutions by yourself, you will feel happiness and motivation in the life and you'' an expert as well. Moreover, you need a specific, high-payoff question for the person you are approaching and you really need to ask a lot of questions by yourself before getting  to the good question.

Task vs Goal vs Objectives

The Success Secrets - Productivity Method: Distinguish between  Task vs Goal vs Objectives

Here is the transcript:
Hello, my name is Kerul Kassel and I'm the author of the book "Stop Procrastinating Now". I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and we're going to talk today about preparing for your own success. Personal productivity strategies for achieving your goals and becoming more effective. Today in this session we 're going to talk about clariflying the tasks and goals by first clarifying your objectives. You see we have a board right next to me. The reason we have to talk about tasks vs. goals vs. objectives is because most people pursue things that they don't really look at first and they get off track because they're not aligned with what they really want. So, let's take a look at the difference between tasks vs. goals vs. objectives. So, first we'll look at tasks. Tasks are the small things, the small steps that get you closer to a goal. Goals are what get you to objectives. Objectives is really what you want. So, let's take a look. If you want to eventually look better, you'll want to diet and lose weight. But we put diet first. Diet is only one means to the end of looking better. There are many other means of looking better. Changing your wardrobe, getting a different hairstyle, many other ways of looking better and feeling better about yourself, diet is only one of them. So, if the goal is to lose weight, diet is only way to achieve this goal so we need to clarify what our objectives are because there may be better ways of achieving them. So, here's another example. We say we have to go to the gym. Why? Well, to get fit.
